There is nothing more rewarding than to see a young couple buying their first dream home and allowing me to become part of it. I take pride in every home inspection and look at each as if I were moving my family into this house. My reports reflect this in the way I let the clients know the good and the bad, as well as the maintenance tips I give, or the expertise I provide when evaluating the electrical system of a home.  I feel the electrical system is one of the most important aspects pertaining to safety hazards in a home...I will perform a thorough electrical inspection as part of my very thorough general home inspection. I give the type of report and provide the information I would like to receive if I were the customer.
