A
wise person once said "The trust factor between
buyer and seller is almost
as important as the buying price. In fact, with a pre-sale inspection you are
more likely to get your full asking price for the home".

Pre-Sale Home Inspection
A pre-sale home inspection is a valuable tool for
selling your home...a
general overview will give you and the buyer the needed information to sell your
home as-is or a chance to make repairs and upgrades for a quick sale. The
pre-sale inspections are visual
inspections only with no specialized testing or dismantling of any systems or
components.
A good thorough inspection of your home will describe
the good as well as the bad, but in a favorable way...we believe everything can
be repaired and will help describe this in the report. We will note how old
systems or components appears to be, where component controls or
shuts off handles are located, how long typically a system or component may be expected
to last, and maintenance repairs or upgrades that make the home more desirable
to a buyer. What safety related items should
be addresses before selling the home and what upgrades are considered to be the most important.
Pre-Sale Inspection

These are all things that are included in all of our
pre-sale inspections. In fact we approach pre-sale inspections as if we were selling the house
and were looking for a quick sale - - what can we do to make this house more
attractive to a buyer.
Our Pre-sale home inspection is a 16+ page computerized
report printed in full color for a nice display. You can make copies of the
report and have the potential buyer call us with any questions. This gives a
potential buyer that peace of mind and says you are willing to disclose all know
defects with this house. The trust factor between buyer and seller is almost
as important as the buying price. In fact, with a pre-sale inspection you are
more likely to get your full asking price for the home.
