Chuck Kester/President - DC Home Inspection Service Pre-Sale Home Inspection A pre-sale home inspection is a valuable tool for selling your home...a general overview will give you and the buyer the needed information to sell your home as-is or a chance to make repairs and upgrades for a quick sale. The pre-sale inspections are visual inspections only with no specialized testing or dismantling of any systems or components. A good thorough inspection of your home will describe the good as well as the bad, but in a favorable way...we believe everything can be repaired and will help describe this in the report. We will note how old systems or components appears to be, where component controls or shuts off handles are located, how long typically a system or component may be expected to last, and maintenance repairs or upgrades that make the home more desirable to a buyer.
